North Melbourne is prepared to table star Giant Zac Williams a mega six-year offer, according to Fox Sports’ Tom Morris.

The 25-year old is out of contract at season’s end and will become a restricted free agent.

He has been linked to the Kangaroos and Carlton as GWS struggles to manage their tight salary cap.

Several first-choice Giants are also out of contract, including Jeremy Cameron, Harry Perryman, Aidan Corr and Jeremy Finlayson.

Morris reports that four clubs – Melbourne, Geelong, Essendon and Adelaide – are pursuing restricted free agent Corr.

Williams has had an indifferent season for the Giants, with injuries restricting him to just nine senior appearances.

He has averaged 17.2 disposals, 3.6 marks and 2.9 rebound 50s off the half back flank.
