Premiership winners Jamie Cripps and Jeremy McGovern have both recommitted their futures at West Coast, inking separate two-year extensions in an effort to aid the Eagles' rebuild.

The pair were joined by speedster Jack Petrucelle and young forward Jack Williams in signing on at Laithlain, with the Eagles steeling themselves on all three lines.

With the impending departures of vaunted veterans Shannon Hurn, Nic Naitanui and skipper Luke Sheuy, the Eagles could ill-afford to see much more experience head for the exits this season.

And after undertaking discussions with the club regarding their futures, both Cripps and McGovern will look to shake off interrupted seasons to play vital roles in leading the next generation until the end of the 2025 season.

The re-signing of Petrucelle will have set minds at ease, with the Victorian oft linked with a shift home.  However, the 24-year-old will continue to call Perth home, signing on to stay on royal blue and gold for a further two seasons.

A potential long-term partner for Oscar Allen, Williams will remain an Eagle until the end of the 2024 season, signing a single-year deal after debuting in 2022.
