Only three teams remained undefeated following the fourth edition of Gather Round, as visitors Brisbane, GWS, and Geelong have enjoyed the trip to South Australia.
The Lions continued their dominance off broadway with a win in Barossa over North Melbourne. The Giants also locked in the four points at the same venue against Richmond, while the Cats were too strong for West Coast at Norwood.
Home club Port Adelaide registered its first loss after being downed by St Kilda on Sunday night to round out the weekend, as did Collingwood, who couldn't overcome Fremantle on Friday night at Adelaide Oval.
Hawthorn notched its first win of Gather Round after a resounding performance against the Western Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs, along with modern-day battlers Richmond, West Coast and North Melbourne, continued their losing ways.

The 2026 Gather Round iteration also registered a record crowd attendance, topping last year's efforts.
Over 270,000 people walked through the doors of the Adelaide Oval, Barossa Park and the Norwood Oval, with an average of 30,002.
Lsat year, 269,506 supporters were spread across the nine games, which beat the inaugural season (2023 - 268,267).
