Players across the land will be crossing their fingers and training the house down in coming weeks, as the dreaded list-culling season approaches.

Whether it be a respected veteran looking to go around once more (à la Jake Melksham), a lowly draft pick who hasn't quite cracked the seniors (like a Reece Torrent), or a fringe player whose side is flying (à la Bailey Banfield), there are tough calls to be made at all 18 AFL clubs.

Who will be knocking on the coach's door in the hopes of finding out where he stands in the coming weeks, at your club?

Adelaide

Defender Chayce Jones has been sighted just three times at the top level this season, with his side's Round 4 loss to Fremantle his most recent outing.

Luke Pedlar may have also played his last game for the Crows. He has featured in 10 AFL games for the club this season, the last of which was a Round 14 victory over the Western Bulldogs. A severe hamstring strain in the SANFL means he's unlikely to return to the top level this season, with cross-town rivals Port Adelaide circling the forward.

Charlie Edwards and Lachlan Sholl are also out of contract at year's end, and currently outside of the senior side.
