This has to be the round for Sydney. Not even their greatest critics would have predicted their 0-6 start. Many thought last week was the "gimme' that they needed. However, that didn't play out the way they expected. This week they get a second attempt, playing against Brisbane at the SCG.

The Lions will be missing captain Dayne Beams, who has suffered a quad injury. This will further lower their confidence, after being obliterated by Port Adelaide last weekend.

Their experience, size and skill around the ground, should mean Sydney finally get their first win. Whether this will start a run of good form is unclear. However, as they say in football, they need to take it "one week at a time".
