Box Hill dominated the Lions on Saturday afternoon. Hawthorn listed player Marc Pittonet put his name forward for an AFL recall, collecting 20 disposals and 26 hit-outs. Jack Fitzpatrick also played well, kicking 5 goals.

Coburg youngster Jesse Corigliano played was good despite his team's loss. He had 31 disposals and 8 marks.

Sandringham 8.13 (61) def. by Richmond 12.14 (86)

Despite some inaccuracy, Richmond have claimed a 25 point win over Sandringham. Tigers midfielder Corey Ellis (25 touches & 1 goal) played well, while Taylor Hunt (28 disposals) also put in a good performance.

After a tough week, Paddy McCartin put in a good effort. He kicked 3.1, and recorded 16 disposals.

Northern Blues 14.17 (101) def. Williamstown 11.14 (80)

A big day from Carlton listed played Nick Graham (31 disposals, 9 tackles, and 1 goal) has helped the Northern Blues claim a win over Williamstown. Sam Kerridge was also good, finishing with 29 disposals, and a goal.

Nick Meese put in a big game for Williamstown, recording a mammoth 64 hit-outs.

Werribee 9.12 (66) def. by Footscray 17.15 (117)

5 goals from AFL-listed player Fergus Greene has handed Footscray a big win. Caleb Daniel put in a good game, collecting 27 touches, and 7 marks.

North Melbourne youngster Ryan Clarke was good for Werribee despite the heavy loss. He had 2 goals, and 26 disposals.

Casey 19.13 (127) def. North Ballarat 12.9 (81)

Melbourne's Tomas Bugg has put in the game of the round. He not only had 32 disposals, but also kicked an impressive 5 goals. Cam Pedersen also played well, he recorded 16 touches, 2 goals, and 8 tackles.

Andrew Hooper was the best of the Roosters. He collected 21 disposals and kicked 2.1.

Essendon 18.10 (118) def. Collingwood 5.7 (38)

Essendon have got first bragging rights over Collingwood, with their VFL side beating the Pies by 80-points. David Myers was excellent for the Bombers, he had 34 disposals, and a goal. Ben Howlett was also good, kicking a goal, and recording 22 disposals, and 12 tackles.

Jordan De Goey didn't quite put in the game he did last week, however was still good with 17 touches and a goal. Adam Oxley was good for the Pies, he had 29 disposals.
