Collingwood will be a staggering 1190 games less experienced against West Coast compared to the side which lost to Geelong last weekend.
There are 1248 games of AFL experience exiting the lineup, replaced by a group with just 58 games at the top level.
The Magpies have confirmed its five inclusions as a significantly depleted outfit will take on West Coast Eagles on Sunday afternoon.
Alongside debutant Noah Howes, whose inclusion was confirmed on Thursday, winger Roan Steele, utility Lachie Sullivan, forward Will Hayes and first year player Sam Swadling will enter the Collingwood lineup.
Swadling's inclusion comes off the back of a best afield performance against top-of-the-table Geelong VFL, while Will Hayes returns to the lineup after four games in the VFL following a shoulder injury interrupting his spritely start to the year.
Long scrutinised for the age profile of the list, 11 of Collingwood's players on Sunday will be aged 24 or younger, with four of those 20 or younger making a game the usually strong travelling Magpies would back themselves in against a bottom-four opponent a serious danger game.
They replace injured quintet Jeremy Howe, Harry Perryman, Jordan De Goey, Scott Pendlebury and Patrick Lipinski for the trip out west which is a must win to keep the Magpies' faint top six hopes alive.
Just as pressingly, the Magpies likely need to win one of their last three to guarantee Wildcard Round action and with premiership contenders Brisbane and Hawthorn on the horizon, beating the Eagles shapes as the clearest route to September.
West Coast lost to Collingwood at the MCG earlier in the season by just 10 points in Scott Pendlebury's record-breaker.
