St Kilda has been linked to several players this off-season and now a talented Bulldog has been added to the list.

The Saints are expected to secure GWS midfielder Jack Steele early in trade period, after the 20-year-old nominated the club as his preferred destination on Saturday, but that will not be the last of their work this year.

Western Bulldogs midfielder, Koby Stevens, who has long been linked with a move to Essendon, is now also being courted by the Saints, according to the Herald Sun.

Stevens has played 63 games with the Bulldogs in four seasons, however, has played just 24 games in the past two seasons under Luke Beveridge and missed out on the Bulldogs' finals campaign, which yielded the club its first flag since 1954.

He is expected to seek a trade in search of greater opportunity, with Essendon still the front runners to secure his signature.

Stevens was drafted with pick No.22 in the 2009 National Draft by West Coast, before moving to the Bulldogs in 2012, after 11 games with the Eagles.
