Victorian clubs in hunt for Riccardi
Richmond and Essendon have emerged as possible landing spots for GWS' Jake Riccardi.
AFL Media reported the two clubs are considering Riccardi, who kicked 14 goals in nine games this year.
He seems destined to leave the Giants for a better contract and more opportunity.
Melbourne veteran meets with clubs
Melbourne's Jack Viney is still contracted at the Dees but looks set to fall out of favour after an injury-interrupted year where he was a surprise inclusion for the club's finals loss according to Trade Radio.
He met with West Coast and Essendon, which have both emerged as options for the midfielder to continue his career, adding sturdiness to a pair of young midfield groups.

English manager speaks
Speculation has swirled about the future of Western Bulldogs ruck Tim English but he is set to stay put next season.
His manager Andrew McDougall spoke on AFL Trade Radio.
"Tim is committed to the Bulldogs," McDougall said.
"Three years to go on his deal. Wants to play alongside (Zak) Butters and obviously wants to win a premiership. Tim will be staying at the Dogs.”
Experienced midfielder considering future
Geelong's Jack Bowes has met with Essendon as he weighs up what 2027 looks like according to AFL Media.
North Melbourne has also shown interest in the former Gold Coast player who played nine games this year after 43 across the previous two.
Hawthorn targeting rival defender
Hawthorn has put forward a two-year offer for North Melbourne's Josh Goater.
According to SEN, the Hawks are keen to add the rebounder who has played 18 games in four seasons at North Melbourne. The Roos have upped their initial one-year offer to two years off the back the Hawks' interest.

Western Bulldogs defender considering future
Western Bulldogs' Rory Lobb is considering a move to St Kilda.
According to AFL Trade Radio, he is keen for a move to a fourth club despite some reports the interest had cooled.
The re-signing of Buku Khamis and expected arrival of Jordon Butts will cause a squeeze for spots in the backline at the Dogs.
Carlton rucks request trade
Carlton will need to replenish their backup ruck stocks for 2027, with both Hudson O'Keefe and Flynn Riley requesting a move out.
O'Keefe is keen to get to Western Bulldogs this off-season after eight games across the last two seasons for the Blues.
Meanwhile, Riley has requested a trade to Collingwood just months after being added to the list via the Mid-Season Rookie Draft.
Key forward makes decision on future
Carlton confirmed Joel Amartey intends to join the club in the off-season.
The Sydney forward was available, and overlooked for, the preliminary final Sydney lost and will have a role as Carlton's second forward behind Harry McKay.
He kicked 28 goals in 15 games this year.

Western Bulldogs interested in father-son Hawk
Western Bulldogs have registered interest in depth Hawthorn midfielder Finn Magginness.
The Hawk has struggled for midfield opportunities in recent years.
Lion set to move south
Essendon and St Kilda lead the race for wantaway Brisbane Lion Sam Marshall.
AFL Media has reported the decision is down to those two clubs after Melbourne and Geelong had also registered interest.

Geelong targeting rebounders
Nick Blakey is sounding more and more likely to leave Sydney by the day with Geelong emerging as a potential suitor.
The Cats are also in the market for another couple of defenders, with Lachie Whitfield and Jordan Ridley both linked.
North Melbourne also has interest in the injury-plagued Ridley, while St Kilda also has registered interest in Whitfield.
Hawthorn forward race down to two
Reports have indicated there remains the prospect Calsher Dear will remain a Hawk in 2027 after meeting with an array of rival clubs.
Melbourne is also in the hunt as it looks for support for Jacob Van Rooyen.
