Luckless Fremantle forward Jesse Hogan is reportedly "open" to leaving the club in the upcoming trade window, per 7 News' Tom Browne.

Hogan made his return to Football against Richmond last week, with out-of-favour 25-year-old showing he has plenty of good football to come.

Hogan penned a three-year deal with the Dockers worth $700,000 per season after being traded from Melbourne for picks 6 and 23 in 2018, with pick 65 going the other way.

Injuries and mental health battles have sidelined Hogan for some time, but with his return to football showing some promise, it is being reported that rival clubs could be set to pounce.

“In terms of a forward, Jesse Hogan, I think he’d be open to leaving WA,” Browne said on Sunday.

“He’s quite happy at the Dockers, but all this focus of trying to find a forward, Collingwood for example might look for a forward.

“I think a number of clubs will make inquiries on Hogan.”

Hogan has played just 16 games for Fremantle but looks on track for a strong end to the 2020 season.
