Richmond defender Bachar Houli's season may be done and dusted after the defender injured his ankle in the Tigers loss to Gold Coast.

SEN’s Sam Edmund has reported that Houli today went and got scans which revealed a syndesmosis injury which will likely keep the three-time premiership star out for the remainder of the season.

Houli joins an ever growing Richmond injury list with Dion Prestia, Kane Lambert, Toby Nankervis, Noah Balta and Nathan Broad all missing at the moment.

Balta will also likely miss the rest of the season with syndesmosis.
