Hawthorn youngster Ryan Burton has agreed to join Port Adelaide in a deal that will see Chad Wingard move to the brown and gold.

According to AFL.com.au, Burton agreed to join the Power whilst on holiday in Las Vegas.

Last week the 21-year-old was 'shocked' to find out his name was put on the table by the Hawks to get the Wingard deal over the line.

Selected with pick 19 in the 2015 National Draft, Burton has played 47 games for the Hawks since making his debut in 2016.

He was runner up in the 2017 Rising Star award.

The Herald Sun reports Burton has been offered a four-year deal by the Power.

The Hawks are prepared to offer Burton and pick 15 for Wingard.
