St Kilda is targeting GWS' Adam Tomlinson and Gold Coast's Jack Martin, according to a report by AFL.com.au.

Tomlinson is set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, and while the Giants have put an offer to the 25-year old, talks have not progressed.

He met with the Saints at the end of 2017 and was close to joining the club, but ultimately re-signed with GWS until the end of 2019.

St Kilda will also look to lure Martin, who comes out of contract at the end of the season. The 24-year old was on Essendon's radar at in 2017, before recommitting to the Suns.

Several Victorian clubs are expected to pursue Martin at the end of the season.

It comes after AFL.com.au reported last week that the Saints are in the market for out-of-contract Swan Zak Jones.

The Saints missed out on a number of big names last year, including Dylan Shiel and Jared Polec, eventually landing Dan Hannebery.

The ex-Swan is yet to play a game for his new club due to ongoing soft tissue injuries and is targeting a return to the field in the back half of the season.
