Port Adelaide will introduce former Gold Coast player Sean Lemmens to the club across the football and community programs in a hybrid role, while ex-Melbourne rookie Mitch Clisby has been added to Josh Carr's coaching line.
Lemmens will work across the Next Generation, father-child and futures academies, support player development, connect with talent, and enhance the club's community impact through Power Community Ltd.
The former Sun arrives at the club after 149 games for the Queensland club before he announced his retirement at the end of 2025.
Clisby, who played eight games for the Demons between 2013-2014 as well as a lengthy stint at SANFL side North Adelaide, will join the Power as their development coach following the departure of Jason Williams.
The 35-year-old spent time as a talent manager and the U18s coach of the Roosters this year.
Williams returned to Melbourne, signing as Hawthorn's development coach.
"We are very pleased to have Sean and Mitch join the club," Port Adelaide CEO Matthew Richardson said.
"Sean brings a unique set of experiences as an AFL player, with a passion for community programs. Sean's history at Port Adelaide, being the last player to come through our traditional pathway into the AFL also gives him a great sense of connection to the club and what we are looking to replicate in a future context through our expanded academy programs.
"Mitch's coaching experience and teaching background will complement our coaching group well. He won a SANFL premiership under our senior coach Josh Carr and alongside our captain Connor Rozee, so he already has some great relationships in place. He also brings an important development focus to our program.
"We also wish Jason all the best with his future and thank him for his two years of service to Port Adelaide."
