Believe it or not, Essendon vs Collingwood at the MCG isn't the only game ever played on Anzac Day. 6R5 1998 – Fremantle v North Melbourne @ The WACA

Andrew Wills Soccer Goal

Fremantle stunned the then-dominant North Melbourne at the WACA on Anzac Day 1998, but the game is best remembered by long-time Freo fans for one moment.

Cult-figure Andrew Wills sealed it with a freakish soccer-style goal that still lives in the highlight reel.

Some might say Gryan Miers is the Messi of the AFL today, but on this day Wills played the role of Zinedine Zidane, producing a moment of pure class and instinct that left coach Gerard Neesham and the Freo crowd in awe.
