The VFL is set to host curtain-raiser games at the MCG in 2019.
Four games are set to be played there, as the VFL fixture is set to be announced.
The teams tipped to be involved in these games include Richmond, Box Hill and Northern Blues.
Curtain-raisers are set to continue being played at Marvel Stadium, with North Melbourne, Essendon, Footscray, Sandringham and Northern Blues set to take part.
The AFL is set to change the time between the AFL and VFL games from 60 minutes to 35-45 minutes in order to keep fans interested and hopefully draw more fans to the VFL games.
