Fremantle have been dealt a blow for Saturday's game against the Pies, with Stephen Hill ruled out of the clash at Optus Stadium.
Hiill has been withdrawn from the match, and has been replaced by young defender Ethan Hughes, with Ryan Nyhuis added to the emergency list.
Hill's season has been interrupted due to injury with the speedy winger only managing to play 13 games this year. The least amount of games he has played in a home and away season whilst being at the club.
Hughes has played four games this year and looks to impress as he gets another chance to showcase what he has.
The AFL advises Stephen Hill has withdrawn from the Fremantle side for tomorrow’s rd23 match v Collingwood to be played at Optus Stadium.
Ethan Hughes comes into the 22.
