The Match Review panel has laid 11 charges following Round 21.

West Coast's Simon Tunbridge has been hit with a three game suspension, after being sanction for two separate incidents.

He can accept a one game sanction for striking Adam Kennedy (third term) and a two game sanction for rough conduct on Kennedy (fourth term), totaling a three game ban.

Lachie Plowman ($1500), Sam Docherty, Rhys Mathieson, Eric Hipwood and Ben Keays (each $1000) can all accept fines for engaging in a melee.

Luke Hodge ($1000) and Michael Firrito ($1500) have been fined for wrestling each other.

North Melbourne veteran Brent Harvey can accept a $1000 sanction for rough conduct on Hawthorn's Sam Mitchell.

Meanwhile, Sydney's Toby Nankervis was cleared for his contact on St Kilda's Sam Fisher.

The MRP concluded that the action was not a bumping motion and not forceful enough to warrant a report.
