Hawthorn star Cyril Rioli has re-signed with the Hawks until the end of the 2020 season.

“I’m very happy where I am, and I couldn’t see myself being anywhere else,” Rioli told the club’s website.

“There was no hesitation after being offered the extension until 2020. It was a no brainer for me and I said yes immediately.

“We’ve got a lot of young guys coming through, and some of the guys I’m really close with, so I really want to experience some wins and some success with those guys.”

Rioli has won four premierships, three All-Australian Guernseys and one Norm Smith medal in his 178 game career.
