Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has ruled tall forward Mason Cox out of the Magpies' clash with Carlton this weekend.
Cox, who missed last Friday's win over Port Adelaide, would be sidelined once again as he continues to recover from the ankle injury.
“No, I don’t think (he'll play),” Buckley said on SEN's Whateley.
“He’s another week away at least.
“He’s a big fella, a lot of load through that lower leg so we’ll give him a bit more time.”
Cox's injury opens the door for Ben Reid once again, who took seven marks but could only boot 1.4 in his AFL return against the Power.
