Collingwood star Jordan De Goey has been assisted off the field after suffering an ankle injury at training on Friday morning.

The young midfielder landed awkwardly on his ankle in a marking contest.
De Goey just just signed a two-year contract extension with the Pies at the end of a breakout 2018 season that saw the Pies make the Grand Final.
