In a big boost for Geelong, the Cats have secured the signatures of four key players for the club's future.

Sam Menegola, Nakia Cockatoo, James Parsons and Brandan Parfitt have all put pen to paper on new deals following the completion of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement earlier this week.

Menegola and Parsons have both re-signed until 2020, after signing three-year deals.

Cockatoo has signed a two-year deal, while Parfitt has added one further year onto his existing two-year draftee contract, with both re-committing until 2019.

“Sam, Nakia, James and Brandan have all had different journeys to get to where they are, but their level of resilience, commitment and professionalism remains alike,” Geelong’s general manager of football, Steve Hocking, said.
