Collingwood forward Jamie Elliott appears to have re-injured his hamstring while playing in the VFL on Sunday.
In his first return from that same hamstring injury which has kept him out for multiple weeks, Elliott sat out the first quarter and played 13 minutes of the second term.
It was halfway through the second quarter when Elliott was forced from the ground with the injury and went down to the rooms.
Collingwood later confirmed Elliott would not return to the game.
Jamie Elliott slowly walking to the bench, looks done! Think heโs reinjured his hamstring after 13 minutes! @VFLPies
