West Coast has farewelled another staff member as strength and conditioning coach Mark Kilgallon has joined Super Rugby Pacific's Western Force.
Kilgallon was employed at the Eagles (2022-2025) for the past four seasons after eight years at Sydney (2015-2021).
The Irishman also held experience with Irish United Rugby Championship outfit Munster and English Premiership Rugby club the Leicester Tigers, as well as the Wales Rugby Union's National Academy.
Kilgallon's departure is the latest confirmed change to the club's football department, which followed fitness guru Mat Inness leaving the club and joining Victorian rival Essendon.
The Eagles have also farewelled Ryan Turnbull, Luke Webster (Port Adelaide) and Jarrad Schofield (Subiaco).
Former Melbourne midfield and strategy coach Sam Radford joined Andrew McQualter's coaching group, as did Geelong premiership player Mitch Duncan (backline).
The mass changes continue an off-season overhaul which includes the departures of co-captain Oscar Allen, premiership forward Liam Ryan and former first-round pick Campbell Chesser.
West Coast also made several other list changes with wingman Jayden Hunt joining Jeremy McGovern and Dom Sheed in retirement, while the club delisted Callum Jamieson, Loch Rawlinson and Jack Petruccelle.
However, the Eagles have welcomed two-time Brisbane premiership player Brandon Starcevich and Richmond's Tylar Young.
