GWS key forward Jake Riccardi is set to stay with the Giants on a four-year deal, according to AFL media.
The 26-year-old turned his back on offers from both Richmond and Essendon to stick with the Giants.
He has been stuck behind the likes of Aaron Cadman and Max Gruzewski for a permanent spot in Adam Kingsley's forward line, but with Jesse Hogan leaving for Collingwood, a spot opens up.
Jake Stringer and Toby Greene's departures also free up vacancies inside 50 under Kingsley.
He only managed 9 games for them this year but was able to kick 14 goals, including two bags of three within the first seven rounds.
A severe ankle syndesmosis injury in the dying stages of their win over Brisbane in round 11 kept him out for the remainder of the season.
Riccardi has played 98 games and kicked 124 goals over his career with the Giants since debuting in 2020.
