Jack Gunston signs three-year contract extension with Hawthorn

Hawthorn forward Jack Gunston has put pen to paper on a new three-year contract with the reigning premiers.

The deal keeps the 24-year-old at the club until the end of the 2019 season.

“We’re rapt that Jack has agreed to a contract extension for the next three years,” Hawthorn recruiting and list manager Graham Wright said.

“Jack has been a vital part of our team since joining us from Adelaide at the end of the 2011 season, playing in four grand finals and three premierships.”

Gunston has become an integral member of the Hawks' forward line, booting 206 goals in 92 games with the Hawks, including a club high 57 last season.
