Geelong has put the faith into its superstar key forward Jeremy Cameron by handing him a contract extension.
The 33-year-old was signed on until the end of 2027, however, the Cats have moved early and extended Cameron's deal out by another season to the end of 2028.
Despite battling shoulder and arm injuries this year, Cameron has still kicked 39 goals from 16 games and will lead the likes of Shannon Neale, Oliver Dempsey, Oliver Wiltshire, Jay Polkinghorne and Jack Martin in the forward line for at least another two seasons.
Cameron currently sits on 775 goals from 296 games across his career at Geelong and GWS, with a premiership (2022), five All-Australian selections including the 2025 All-Australian captain, two Coleman Medals (2019 and 2025) and a Carji Greeves Medal (2022) to his name.
Former first round pick Jhye Clark has secured a two-year contract after his recent spike in form.
Selected with Pick 8 in the 2022 National Draft, Clark has settled into a role as a small defender across the past month for the Cats.
Clark has averaged 19.8 disposals, seven marks and three tackles a game in his last four matches.
Geelong has also secured the signature of veteran forward Martin for one more season.
Martin's body has held up in 2026, playing 17 games and kicking 22 goals. He is now signed until the end of 2027.
The Cats have also signed untried young players Joe Pike and Jesse Mellor until the end of 2027.
