Delisted Lion Jed Adcock has been granted permission to train with the Western Bulldogs ahead of Tuesday's AFL Draft and Friday's Rookie draft.

The 30-year-old was delisted by Brisbane at the end of the season after 206 games in 12 seasons.

He was drafted by Brisbane with pick No. 33 in the 2003 National Draft and captained the club in 2014.

In 2007 he finished second in the club's best and fairest and made the 40-man initial All-Australian squad.
