It's been a long time since Travis Cloke has graced the AFL arena (2017 to be exact), but the former Collingwood star proved he has still got it after kicking an 18-goal bag for his local side on Saturday.

Cloke's day at the football started early, as he coached Coates Talent League side Oakleigh Chargers against the Sydney Swans Academy at Kennedy Community Centre - Hawthorn's home base - in Dingley in the late morning.

The Chargers lost by 40 points, but Cloke didn't have much time to dwell on the defeat as he drove the 68 minutes - 54 if he forked out for the toll - to Yarra Glen Recreation Reserve to lace up for his third game of the season in Outer East League's Division One football.

Cloke arrived at the ground 10 minutes before the first 'throw up' at 2:20pm.

Yarra Glen, or the River Pigs as they're affectionately known, was coming off the back of its first defeat of the season, the round prior. The River Pigs had only scored 30 points that day, with Cloke, in the 99 guernsey, booting one goal.

Cloke and his River Pigs turned up their offensive nous on Saturday as they took opposition club Powelltown to pound town. The former Magpie slaughtered his opponents and kicked 18 goals to take his season tally to 24.

The 39-year-old bookended the game with the first and last goals of the match, as Yarra Glen won the fixture 38.25 (253) to 3.5 (23).

Cloke's dominant performance comes after his older brother Cameron (formerly of Collingwood, Carlton and Port Adelaide) booted nine goals for Northern Football Netball League Division Three club Watsonia a few weeks back.
