The Herald Sun have released their annual Footy Fans Survey results, with fans having their say on the most important issues surrounding the AFL.
Just under 10,000 fans took the survey, with ticket prices and crowd behaviour producing two of the most one-sided answers across the entire questionnaire.
78.1% of fans believe crowd behaviour regarding racist or offensive comments directed at players have improved, while 77.4% of participants said they were against dynamic ticket pricing (which means prices can rise and fall for individual games).
Fans were also quite staunch in their defence of the current grand final set-up, with 71.1% of people believing the biggest match in the football calendar should continue to take place during the day, with just 21.3% suggesting a twilight grand final.
Members of the AFL media were also subject to a number of questions, with fans both hot and cold on the thought of Brian Taylor commentating the footy.
Taylor came in third (21.3%) behind Bruce McAvaney (30.5%) and Anthony Hudson (22%) for the game's best play-by-play commentator, but was also voted as the most annoying media personality (22.7%) ahead of Craig Hutchison (20.4%) and Sam Newman (19.4%).
David King (17.8%) was narrowly voted as the game's best tactical analyst ahead of Leigh Matthews (16.9%), while AFL 360 (22.6%) just edged out Front Bar (20.4%) as fans' favourite footy television program.
There was also a couple of questions about players, as veteran Western Bulldogs defender Bob Murphy was crowned as the game's most loved player.
Murphy (33.6%) beat out Adelaide's Eddie Betts (21.1%) and Essendon's Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti (13.3%) in the category, with Hawthorn duo Jarryd Roughead and Luke Hodge rounding out the top five.
Richmond's Alex Rance (33.7%) was a runaway winner in the AFL's sexiest player category, with Lance Franklin (12.7%) his closest competitor.
Franklin shouldn't be too down on himself with results from the survey, with wife Jesinta (23.7%) taking out the title for the game's most glamorous WAG.
Shaun Hampson's partner Megan Gale (19.4%) and Marc Murphy's wife Jessie Murphy (15.9%) rounded out the top three.
