As a 22-year-old, I've spent 15 years supporting North Melbourne. I've seen some great players don the blue and white stripes since starting my spectating journey as a seven-year-old.

In that time, there's been some years where the Roos were competitive, and some years where we we were not so competitive!

But where would I rank these players if I had to limit them down to only 10? Who has stood out as the club's best while at the same time embracing the Shinboner spirit?

Here's what I decided based on when I witnessed them play, not how they performed throughout their career.

Predicting the top 50 AFL players of 2024 (40-31)
PERTH, AUSTRALIA - MARCH 25: Luke Davies-Uniacke of the Kangaroos runs with the ball during the 2023 AFL Round 02 match between the Fremantle Dockers and the North Melbourne Kangaroos at Optus Stadium on March 25, 2023 in Perth, Australia. (Photo by Daniel Carson/AFL Photos via Getty Images)

One of the first glimmers of hope during the rebuild was the rise and improvement across the years of Davies-Uniacke, also known by fans as LDU. The star midfielder is one of the most explosive users of the ball I have ever seen and one of the most well-rounded; however, staying healthy has been an obstacle for the 26-year-old that has held him back from reaching his true potential.
