As a 22-year-old, I've spent 15 years supporting North Melbourne. I've seen some great players don the blue and white stripes since starting my spectating journey as a seven-year-old.

In that time, there's been some years where the Roos were competitive, and some years where we we were not so competitive!

But where would I rank these players if I had to limit them down to only 10? Who has stood out as the club's best while at the same time embracing the Shinboner spirit?

Here's what I decided based on when I witnessed them play, not how they performed throughout their career.

Tarrant was as tough as they come and took the reins of the backline from Michael Firritio during the 2016 campaign and became a major factor in lifting the Roos to a top 8 finish after a 9-0 start to the season. Reliable, strong and could take a mark out of any contest, the defender's presence helped build a culture.
