St Kilda midfielder Hugo Garcia and Essendon's Nic Martin have both put pen to paper.
Garcia has re-signed until the end of 2029, while Martin is tied to the Bombers until the end of 2031.
Garcia played every game this year and was a clearance machine for the Saints.
“Hugo has quickly become an ultra-consistent and reliable competitor who is already holding his own against some of the competition's best midfielders," head of footy Lenny Hayes said.
“His work ethic and dedication to improve mean he's still got plenty of growth ahead of him, which should be welcome news for all Saints supporters.”
Martin missed the 2026 season due to an ACL injury, with the Bombers sorely missing his leadership.
The utility is one of the great SSP success stories, having established himself as a key cog through 76 games for the club.
"'Marto' has been - and will continue to be - crucial to what we're building at Essendon,” list boss Matt Rosa said.
“It almost goes without saying that a healthy Nic Martin makes us a much better side. He's been one of our most consistent players from the moment he arrived and has grown into a terrific on-and-off-field leader.
“In a sense, it does feel like we'll be bringing in a high-end recruit when we get him back out on the park next year.
“He's an outstanding person who embodies the values we live by as a footy club, and that's evident to anyone who's watched him represent our colours. We're thrilled to have him here for at least the next five years.”
Sam Durham is contracted until the end of 2032, while Nate Caddy recently re-signed until the end of 2031. Jacob Farrow, Dyson Sharp and Andrew McGrath are each signed until 2030.
