It's hard to know what to expect out of this game, and both of these sides. They have been very inconsistent over the first six weeks of the competition.
Fremantle have won six of their past eight games against Essendon, and thus should take confidence into the game. It will be the seventh time in a row that these two sides have played against each other at Domain Stadium. The game hasn't been played in Victoria since Round Two of 2010.
Eyes will be set on Joe Daniher, after he was heavily criticised for his performance, and on-field actions last weekend. How the key forward responds, should provide us with a gauge of his character under pressure.
