Geelong and Box Hill are in the box seat to advance to the 2026 VFL Grand Final after securing qualifying finals wins, claiming a spot in the penultimate week of the season.

The Cats comfortably dealt with Tasmania in front of a home crowd, while the Hawks turned the tide against the higher-ranked Werribee Tigers outfit.

The Devils will return to their home soil and will face Essendon in a 4th versus 5th contest, with the victor progressing to take on Geelong in a preliminary final.

On the other side of the ledger, the Tigers will host fellow standalone club Port Melbourne in a semi-final, with the winner facing Hawthorn the following week.
