Adelaide defender Jordon Butts suffered a concussion after a heavy collision with North Melbourne's Callum Coleman-Jones at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon, while Roos veteran Jack Ziebell suffered a leg ailment late in the contest.
Butts, who was substituted out of the game following the incident, collided with Coleman-Jones during the first quarter of proceedings, with Butts remaining down on the turf for a decent portion of time, before being assisted from the field by Adelaide's medical staff.
Fingers crossed Jordon Butts is okay after this big bump. 🤕

After undergoing a head injury assessment during the latter portion of the first quarter, it was deemed Butts would be permanently removed from the contest.
The Crows' starting tactical substitute, Lachie Sholl, was thrust into the action at the start of the second quarter.
Butts' absence leaves more responsibility for the likes of Crows defenders Nick Murray and Josh Worrell, as they combat tall Roos Nick Larkey and Callum Coleman-Jones.
In the final quarter of Saturday afternoon's bout, North Melbourne's Ziebell received a knock to his leg and was assessed by the Roos' medical team before being assisted from the field.
Ziebell took no further part in the contest.
