AFL personalities Kane Cornes and Malcolm Blight have given their predictions for which four clubs will earn themselves a double chance for the 2018 finals series.
Heading into round nine, Richmond and West Coast were two games clear of the chasing pack at the top of the ladder, while Geelong and Adelaide led six teams tied with a 5-3 record.
Following Adelaide's 37-point win over the Dogs on Friday night, the Crows are now up to third, and will be one game behind second when the round ends, due to the Tigers and Eagles going into battle on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking on SEN following the Crows' win, Cornes and Blight both gave their predictions, and the pair could agree on three of the four sides they believe will finish inside the top four.
The pair thought Richmond, West Coast and Sydney would all find themselves at the top of the ladder at season's end, while Cornes went for the Cats in the last spot, with Blight opting for the Crows instead.
