Carlton ruckman Hudson O'Keeffe has requested a trade to the Western Bulldogs.
The out-of-contract ruck is eager to move to the Dogs for 2027 and beyond, according to AFL Media, after spending four seasons on the Blues' list.
O'Keeffe has played eight games for the club since heading to Carlton as a supplementary selection period signing at the start of 2023.
The 21-year-old is from Melbourne and played for the Oakleigh Chargers in the Talent League.
A 201cm ruck, O'Keeffe broke through for his AFL debut in 2025.
He played five games for the Blues that season and then an additional three in 2026.
The Western Bulldogs have been busy already in the trade space.
Port Adelaide superstar Zak Butters decided to use his restricted free agent status to pick the Western Bulldogs ahead of Geelong, Richmond and Collingwood.
Meanwhile, the Dogs have had some more good signing news on Friday, with Adelaide key defender Jordon Butts telling the Crows he will join the Dogs as a free agent for 2027.
Butts has signed a five-year contract at the Dogs.

Riley, a 209cm ruck, joined Carlton with Pick 4 in May. However, the 22-year-old, despite debuting for the Blues this year and having a contract offer from Carlton, wants to be a Pie next season.
