Western Bulldogs defender Easton Wood will not play in this week’s clash with Carlton, according to Fox Footy reporter, Jake Niall.

Wood was a late withdrawal from the Bulldogs three-point loss to Hawthorn due to hamstring tightness and was replaced in the selected side by Joel Hamling.

Niall also reported on Fox Footy’s AFL Tonight that Dale Morris will most likely captain the side in Bob Murphy’s absence, after he suffered an ACL injury in the final minute of the match on Sunday.
