The Power attempted to retain Zak Butters but ultimately lost the race for his signature. Port Adelaide's next priority is banking enough draft capital to claim likely Pick 1 fancy Dougie Cochrane.
The Alberton club is in rebuild mode and will hit the draft. They have linked to cross-town rival Luke Pedlar at the Crows.
