The AFL will move the two Melbourne-based games scheduled for Round 14 to Tasmania, while Geelong's clash with the Western Bulldogs is likely to be played at GMHBA without fans.

As reported bu 7 News' Mark Stevens, North Melbourne's clash with the Lions is set to be played in Hobart at 4:35pm on Saturday, moving from Marvel Stadium.

The famous Hawthorn-Essendon rivalry is also set for a venture to the Apple Isle, with that fixture moving to Launceston at 3:20pm on Sunday.

The blockbuster clash between the third-placed Cats and the second-placed Bulldogs is now tipped to be played behind closed doors due to COVID-19-influenced concerns.

Round 14 will consist of just the five matches after Richmond and West Coast's clash was brought forward a week and was played over the weekend, with the Eagles winning in a thriller.

The remaining games for the upcoming weekend consist of Port Adelaide travelling to the Gold Coast and the Giants hosting Carlton on Saturday night.
