Theย AFL's Match Review Officer has handed down two charges from Friday's contest between the GWS Giants and West Coast Eagles, with neither incident requiring a detailed explanation. There were no reportable offences between Carlton and Collingwood.

Giants superstar Tom Green has been handed a $6250 fine for striking Harley Reid during the third quarter.

Green swung his arm backwards and made contact with Reid's abdomen. The Match Review Officer graded the offence as intentional conduct with low impact and body contact.

If Green enters an early plea, the fine will be reduced to $3750, being his second reportable offence.

Harley Reid has also been fined $6250, or $3750 with an early plea, for rough conduct with Giant Xavier O'Halloran during the first quarter. The MRO deemed this offence as careless conduct with low impact and high contact.
