Jonty's Picks - West Coast, Essendon, Hawthorn, Sydney, Fremantle, GWS and Geelong
Mitch's Picks - Richmond, Gold Coast, St Kilda, Carlton, Western Bulldogs, Adelaide and Brisbane
Not Involved - North Melbourne, Melbourne, Port Adelaide and Collingwood
Pick 1 - West Coast: Willem Duursma
| 1 RANK | ![]() | Willem Duursma Gippsland Power Utility HEIGHT: 191cm | â–¶+ |
The Gippsland Power talent looks to be exactly what any rebuilding club is after. Reliable, versatile and ready to have an impact.
Duursma sees his best role in midfield, which he'll likely transition to after starting his career in defence as a mobile intercept and attack hybrid backman.
He can also go forward and be an aerial threat to impact games late, which he did on a number of occasions for the Power this year.
