Fremantle and Hawthorn will kick off week one of the AFL Finals with a Thursday night clash at Optus Stadium.
The Dockers claimed the minor premiership and earned the best slot for an all-out assault on a maiden flag, with the Hawks set to travel to Perth next week.
Sydney, who followed shortly behind in second place, will host Brisbane at the SCG in a Saturday twilight fixture.
The first Elimination Final will see Geelong host Carlton at the MCG on Friday night after the Blues beat Melbourne in a Wildcard Final.
Adelaide will host the Western Bulldogs in the second Elimination Final, after the Dogs defeated Collingwood on Friday night.
In previous years, one clash will be held on Friday night, with the winner likely set to play the loser of Fremantle and Hawthorn.
The other will be played following the qualifying final between the Swans and Lions, with the victor set to take on the loser of that clash.
