Comedian Danny McGinlay has taken Fremantle's finals reputation and the Western Bulldogs' famous moniker to town ahead of a big Friday night clash at Optus Stadium.
The Dockers have established themselves as clear premiership favourites, with the club to get two finals at home venue Optus Stadium where their own form and Wharfie time will result in them starting as favourites - but, as McGinlay quips, the Dockers are yet to salute in 31 years in the league.
Fremantle has lost just two games this season, which has ramped up talks of Flagmantle from the purple haze and wider footy community alike.
The Dogs, too, are in the firing line for their traditional western suburbs moniker, which has been drawn on for generations as part of the club's underdog - pardon the pun - mentality.
The top-of-the-table Dockers take on the Dogs at 8.10pm AEST with Luke Beveridge's men needing a win to keep alive their top six hopes.
