Adelaide have culled two-time AFLW premiership midfielder Ailish Considine following the cessation of Season Seven.

Considine was a part of the Crows' premierships in 2019 and 2022, and would play 26 games for the club after joining them from Ireland as an international recruit three years ago.

The 30-year-old Irishwoman missed the entire Season Seven campaign due to a hamstring injury.

Adelaide confirmed on Friday that Considine would not be offered a new deal beyond this year,

“Ailish hurt her hamstring early on this season then after reaggravating it a few weeks later, she was unable to play a game in Season Seven,” Adelaide women's football boss Phil Harper said.

“In the end, the decision was made to not offer Ailish a contract for next year as we continue to rejuvenate our squad.

“We appreciate everything Ailish has done for the Crows, it's no mean feat to give up her life to move to the other side of the world to play for our Club.

"She will always be a part of the Crows family and a dual Premiership player.”

The list decision follows Adelaide's end-of-season awards night, which saw midfielder Anne Hatchard claim her third best and fairest as a Crow.
