Adelaide's Andy Otten made a rather embarrassing mistake at a children's footy clinic last week, and teammate Rory Atkins made sure he didn't let his mate forget it.
While at a school visit, a student told Otten that he wanted to play football, to which Otten replied, "that's good because Adelaide just started up a girls team".
However, the child was in fact a boy.
Atkins tweeted the details of the hilarious exchange.
