Gold Coast co-captain, Steve May, could come under scrutiny from the Match Review Panel following a high hit on Western Bulldogs big man, Tom Boyd.

May collected Boyd with an errant elbow as the Bulldogs’ premiership hero was attempting to mark in last night’s JLT Series clash at Metricon Stadium.

Despite trailing by as much as 49 points during the second quarter, the Bulldogs mounted an incredible comeback to record a 21-point win.

The Suns face the Lions at Metricon Stadium in round one.
