Geelong recruit Patrick Dangerfield returned to Adelaide Oval to face his old side for the first time last night, with his Cats' side walking away with a 26-point win.

Geelong led at every change, to record a 13.20 (98) to 11.6 (72) win.

Geelong's Cam Guthrie finished with 36 disposals, while Dangerfield had 33. Rory Sloane was best afield for the Crows with 28 disposals.

Meanwhile, speedster Steven Motlop continued his outstanding season for the Cats, booting four goals and collecting 24 disposals.
