Collingwood skipper Scott Pendlebury has been quarantined from teammates after experiencing flu-like symptoms last week, according to The Herald Sun.
The star midfielder missed Friday and Monday's training sessions, with no word yet from the Magpies on his status.
It is unknown whether or not Pendlebury has been tested for COVID-19.
His availability for Friday's season-opening clash remains up in the air, if the game is played at all.
